hi have a dog that holds back leg up after trial, limps a bit gone next day, worked on for 5 weeks laser ultrasound, gave run and back, told in talks could be nerve pain at base of butt but u would think 5weeks working on area would fix it, anyone else had or know of dogs that have had it, thanks ron,

Sounds like a lower back issue. Only way to correct the issue is spinal manipulation.

Ron, if you don't get the lower back and sacral area manipulated back into the correct position, and take the pressure off pinched nerves, then no amount of machining will correct the problem. Do you have a good checker/canine manipulator near you, who can hopefully correct this ? Lower back problems are fairly common in greys, and it really affects their stride/drive/box speed and their form. Make sure that you also get all the muscles, inside and out, and the fibula, thoroughly checked, too. You can email me if you want to, so good luck.

Could he be striking his back leg or straining his hock & getting a bit of fluid around it.
