Which dogs in the 62lbs - 68lbs bracket made it as stud dogs? It seems to me that breeding bigger greyhounds may be one of the factors contributing to injuries among track bred greyhounds.

I've never understood this obsession with size?
My best dogs have ALL been smallish.

There is no obsession mark people just like to have the majority not the minority this thread has named 10 or 12 dogs world wide that are 62 - 67 pound or 28-30 kilos I would bet you could name a lot more above that size say between 31-33 kg

Flashy Sir', disadvantaged, based in n.e. England, was one of the most influential sires of his time @64 lbs plus. (not recorded in Greyhound data) 'Skelligs Tiger', not very big, both had returns, disproportionate, to opportunity, but 'Flashy Sir', was a penality kick', every time.

SAND MAN, MORAL SUPPORT

Most likely there are more small to medium sized super sires than real big ones..
