I was wondering what is the oldest dam of a champion greyhound? the oldest I know of is the dam of Daleys' Golds March 83 dam Ballinderry Moth June 74. Anyone know better??

Not very PC in today's world. But I remember an old school greyhound man telling me that if you have a great race bitch. You should "race them until their legs fall off and then breed them until their uterus falls out". Argh the "good old days" or were they really that good?
It's almost impossible to breed with a bitch over 8 or after three litters nowadays. So it's probably a moot point in today's heavily QRIC censured greyhound breeding climate.
What's this old fella stuff. I'm doing great haven't been on the forum for a while. just realised the old fella is about right had my 63rd but all good except I cant click in the breeding just now. But always looking at the new young champions.
I took a litter from a bitch and she was 9 1/2 and I started to think maybe shes too old but shes jumping round and in the best form and she came in season again, I wont breed her again but I think if she comes in season nature thinks she's ready. From the posts it seems if they are able its no harm breeding late.
